Our world is at a critical tipping point. Climate change, habitat destruction, and invasive species are pushing our iconic wildlife to the brink of extinction. In New South Wales, nearly 1,000 species are at risk of disappearing forever.

But there is hope. With 70% of NSW land privately owned, these lands hold the key to large-scale conservation success. The NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust is leading a world-class initiative to protect, restore, and connect these vital ecosystems through private land conservation.

Your donation goes to the Biodiversity Conservation Trust Public Fund, a not-for-profit fund which receives gifts exclusively for the principal purpose of private land conservation. Donations to the fund are tax deductible.

100% of your donation will go directly towards our conservation projects, ensuring your generous gift has maximum impact.

Permanent conservation you can trust: We are the only organisation in Australia that protects and funds private land forever, through legally binding conservation agreements, with secure, ongoing financial support.

World-class expertise and investment: Backed by science and funded by the NSW Government, we currently receive $70M annually for private land conservation. Funds are invested in a growing endowment fund to ensure conservation outcomes forever.

Targeted conservation where it counts: Our work is guided by a science to focus our efforts where they will make the biggest impact, protecting areas with the greatest need and benefit to Australia's wildlife.

Empowering Indigenous Leadership: We are proud to work alongside Aboriginal communities, recognising their critical role in caring for Country. By partnering with Indigenous landholders and organisations, we support cultural and environmental conservation efforts led by those who know the land best.

A trusted network of landholders: We are partnered with over 2,400 landholders across NSW, delivering real conservation results. Together, we're helping to diversify farming incomes, build resilience to climate change, and protect our unique environment.
