Shirley Handy, a conservation agreement-holder from Inverell, was the feature of an article in The Land digital and print on Thursday 17 October. The article celebrates Shirley’s and many other farmers’ conservation efforts, as well as BCT’s latest outcomes.

The NSW Environment Minister Matt Kean has announced the BCT’s two new conservation tenders opening in November 2019.

Owned by Margaret Mc Bride and Steve Radford, White Leeds Station is a 10,000 hectare property near Broken Hill. When Margaret and Steve purchased the property a large portion of the land was significantly degraded.
